Hi friends! Welcome to the blog or welcome back to the blog, whichever the case may be! I’m diligently reading Diary of A Haunting as well as a couple other books to review and am hoping to get some reviews up soon! To hold you all over until then, I found this tag called “I Should’ve Read That”. It was created by the blog booksnest and you can find the post for the tag here. - A book that a certain friend is always telling you to read. My cousin is always telling me that I need to read the Mortal Instruments books. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet somehow.
A book that’s been on your TBR forever and yet you still haven’t picked it up. The Cuckoo’s Calling by Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling). I have the book, and always intend to read it, but every time I pick up I end up putting it back down.
A book in a series you’ve started, but haven’t gotten round to finishing yet. Charged by Jay Crownover which is part of her Saints of Denver Series, which is a companion piece to her Marked Men series. I read the Marked Men series in about a month. I read Built and Leveled (from the SOD series) very quickly too. I picked up Charged, but compared to the others in that universe, it’s the least interesting to me. I really do need to finish it though so I can move on to other books by her.
A classic you’ve always liked the sound of, but never actually read. Gone with the Wind. Love the movies! I know I’ll like the book. It’s just soooooo big and time consuming. I don’t know if I’ll ever read it.
A popular book that it seems everyone but you has read. The Hunger Games. It’s a series, not a standalone book, but it counts, right?
A book that inspired a film/TV adaptation that you really love, but you just haven’t read it yet. A Series of Unfortunate Events. Love the Netflix show. Love the movie. Never read the books.
